I always like to be there. Trier / regional dishes, well-stocked drinks menu. Unfortunately closed since 01.01.2020. A new tenant is coming. Let's wait and see what comes in. Hopefully not something with burger again

The Christmas market is also in good hands here, of course it also depends on the available space, if you have not reserved, staff very friendly and competent.

Rustic pub hearty food delicious cider and a beautiful view of the Porta Nigra a typical Köbes service as I know from the old town of Dusseldorf I could recover from the busy city sightseeing

Great food! Great service! Great views! All around a fantastic experience!! Our server was kind and patient helping us understand the menu and making great suggestions! Highly recommend giving them a try. The pork with gravy was very tasty!!

Nice comfortable seating and very friendly staff. Thank you for kindly offering an English menu while we were obviously trying to decipher the German menu. (Learning your language is going slow, but I am trying.) All four of us really enjoyed our food and drinks while in view of the Porta Nigra. If I find myself back in this area, I would return to try another one of your specials. The Tortellini is tasty and creamy without being heavy.

The food is delicious, the prices are ok and the service is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

We were with our 3 children very rude and annoyed received from the boss or head waiter. The stroller was called a thing. Also wanted to put us in the next room .... we went again.

The food came very fast, within about 2 minutes. The quality was also corresponding. At least the schnitzel and the fried potatoes probably came from the pack. If you want to get full quickly, okay, but who wants to eat well, I guess that. Drinks were ok.

A too expensive place offering less than average quality food and wine. We were here for Lunch. We left before dessert and coffre to avoid more useless spending. And we finally had a super nice coffee and ice cream at the EisCafe next door....

Cosy bar & restaurant serving local food. Outside seating right next to the Porta Nigra. Nice and professional staff. Food was good and plenty at fair prices.

Great location right on the Porta Nigra 👍🏻 It enjoys the direct view of the old building 📸 Of course, there is always a lot going on in the forecourt of the Porta Nigra .... that may NOT disturb if you stay in "Theo's" Great outside terrace ... 🍽🍹🍻☕🍰🍗🍟🥗 Nice service (i talk about my experience) Good menu card ..... ❤
